Mini’s Coffee & Donuts

Quite a unique experience in Bellevue, WA’s Factoria neighborhood! What better way to cheer up on a rainy and dark day with a hot latte and fresh mini donuts? This little drive-through is tucked by a 76 gas station and Circle K convenience store. We had a hard time initially finding the right entrance from the street and ended up having to U-turn on 128th Ave SE (which is a divided street) to get into the gas station, and then into the correct entrance. We also almost went into the Thai Ginger parking lot which isn’t connected to Mini’s Coffee & Donuts. Next time it would be better to turn from SE 38th St or if you happen to be traveling south on 128th Ave SE. There is signage around the lot to help with getting there and in the right direction.

Drive-through coffee stores are a staple in the Pacific Northwest, and this place offers fresh mini donuts as well! The mini donuts come with a choice of plain, cinnamon sugar, or powdered sugar, and you can add a side of chocolate, caramel, or bacon crumbles. A unique donut item at this store are their Breakfast Skewers which consist of 3 mini donuts on a sausage skewer. We also spotted a sign advertising their Red Bull Italian Soda.

We ordered plain and cinnamon sugar donuts with a latte. Unfortunately we devoured the mini donuts on the way back home while they were still piping hot, so we don’t have any pictures of them from this trip. We obviously could not miss the magic of made-to-order donuts! The donuts were delicious, but a few were uncooked in the middle. The latte was also good and Mini’s uses fair trade coffee that is roasted in Seattle which is quite unique for their price point, kudos! The donut skewers are intriguing and on our list of donuts to try in the future. We would come back again if we are ever in Factoria!
